Woken up with a horrible phlegmy throat so that’s not the best start!
Spent about 2 hours last night planning weekly meals and sorting out a shopping list, so feeling ready to tackle this head on. I’m back on MFP and I braved the scales. The results are absolutely shameful, but here goes.
Weight: 73.7kg (this is 162lbs / 11stone 8lbs)
Body Fat (on those dreaded Omron Scales): 47.3%. MY GOD. (I’m sure about 5% of that is boobs though – when I get to my goal weight, which I have readjusted to 55kg / 121lbs, I will get a proper body weight test done with calipers.
